EYS screw-press separator is designed to mechanically separate solids and liquid portions of fiber-rich materials. These can be waste products such as animal manure, paper pulp, orange peel, etc., which still have potential economic value if processed further properly. EYS Separator offers a solution to turn these by-products into valuable and marketable products that can generate additional economic value for its customers.

Sometimes the separated solids and/or liquids from the waste material is a completely new product that has significant market value, such as organic fertilizer from animal manure. In other cases separation may be necessary to reduce further processing costs, such as extracting the solids from processed fish in fish meal (animal feed) plants before the material enters high-heat ovens for dehydration so that the heating costs are minimized. Another application type would be reclaiming the solids in discharged process liquids, such as certain paper pulp applications. Similar examples exist in various other industries and the use of screw-press separators is becoming more and more common in new industrial applications every day.
